  • Current job role goals exploration.

  • Job interfaces & interdependencies.

  • Victories – Personal & Interpersonal space (interpersonal relationship & conflict management).

  • Leadership development – strike a balance between Transaction & Transformation.

  • Personal profiling & counseling.

  • Personal Action Plan per participant.


Normally spanning over a period of 6 months with about 12 to 14 sittings & supporting over email & telephone.


By the end of the coaching assignment the coachee’ will be able to:

  • Model the way by setting examples thro actions with shared values.

  • Envision the future & inspire a shared vision by enlisting constituents.

  • Provide leadership for change by challenging the process & take risks.

  • Foster collaboration by promoting cooperative goals & build trust.

  • Discover how to tap into ones own strengths by gaining deeper understanding of self & its impact on others.


Experiential learning workshop using :

  • Self assessment instruments.

  • Feedback.

  • Dialogue & Questioning.

  • Coach - Statement.

  • Ideas presentation.

  • Challenging & guiding.


The learning event contents will be customized as per the learning application requirement of the customer organization. Consequently the duration of the program is likely to undergo some change.
