To facilitate the members to :

  • Role clarity & Professionalism.

  • Interpersonal Sensitivity.

  • Process Change Management - Line diagrams.

  • Drivers for change.

  • Developing Teamwork.

  • Escalation – Involving the level above, appraising.

  • System Thinking & Role interrelatedness.

  • Personal Action Plan per participant.


2 to 3 Days


By the end of the course the participants will be able to :

  • State the role of self in the project.

  • Relate with people better in a project term and after.

  • Manage process change effectively and adapt to it.

  • Analyze impact of change on self and others, consequently modify behavior.

  • Seek support of the line above in relation to the drivers.

  • Look at the bigger picture and relate accordingly.

  • Implement learning on the job.


Experiential learning workshop using :

  • Work related simulations.

  • Management games.

  • Case study.

  • Video films.

  • Group discussions.

  • Presentations.

  • Self assessment tools– Personal Effectiveness Scale, Communication Styles, etc.,

  • Facilitator led Lectures & discussions.


The learning event contents will be customized as per the learning application requirement of the customer organization. Consequently the duration of the program is likely to undergo some change.
