  • Preparing your talk.

    • Give ideas an impact.

    • Outlining the presentation.

    • Preparing for questions.

    • Choosing an effective title.

  • Presentation aids.

  • Rehearsing the presentation.

  • Assessing and fine tuning your presentations.

  • Body language & use of voice.

  • Answering questions.

  • Writing letters to business partners, using plan sheet method.

  • The 3 main sections of a letter - starting, middle part & ending.

  • Writing for action.

  • Giving the written communication the impact.

  • Participant examples - review and analysis.

  • Facilitation of development of Personal Action Plan per participant.

By the end of the course the participants will be able to :

  • Give a lucid, persuasive business presentation with confidence.

  • Choose the most appropriate words for the presentation from their vocabulary.

  • Structure a presentation logically, so as to maximize impact, understanding and retention.

  • Prepare notes for a presentation.

  • Control a group of people.

  • Manage team presentations.

  • Write appropriate business letter in relation to the recipient.
