  • Importance of managed change.

  • Conditions required for successful change.

  • Strategies for establishing the conditions for change.

  • The role of the leader during change.

  • Survival strategies for the individual during change.

  • Activity: Defining the Paradigm Shift in the organization.

  • Activity: Creating a "Change Equation"

  • Activity: Assessment of supports and barriers to change.

  • Activity: Overcoming barriers to change.

  • Facilitation of development of Personal Action Plan per participant.

DURATION

2 to 3 Days

TERMINAL OBJECTIVES

By the end of the course the participants will be able to :

  • Change existing paradigms and develop fresh set of paradigms.

  • Accept change as a beneficial Force.

  • Develop skills for coping up with change.

  • Different types of changes [Developmental, Transitional and Metamorphic].

  • Stages of transition and tips on how to handle it.

  • Design & Implement Effective change strategies proactively.

  • Change leadership style in relation to team requirements.
