Topics included are :

  • The 5 leadership practices.

  • The 10 commandments to effective leadership.

  • Select Personal leadership Project.

  • Model the way.

  • Inspire a Shared Vision.

  • Challenge the Process.

  • Enable others to Act.

  • Encourage the Heart.

  • Reflecting on personal best leadership project.

  • Accept the challenge.

  • Personal Action plan.

DURATION

  • 3 days for Contact session 1 preferably offsite.

  • 1 contact session per month per participant spanning 1.5 hours per quarter.

  • 1 contact session per quarter per participant spanning 1.5 hours.

TERMINAL OBJECTIVES

By the end of the course the participants will be able to :

  • Define leadership practices.

  • Ensure greater moral leadership orientation.

  • Practice shared values & responsibilities.

  • Build and sustain effective teams at work.

  • Empower people at work.

  • Practice greater interpersonal sensitivity.

  • Lead with an increased vigor.

Experiential learning workshop using :

  • Self assessment tools LPI, MBTI, Firo B, etc.,

  • Facilitator led Lectures & discussions.

CUSTOMIZATION
