  • Micro counseling model.

  • Receiving and giving feedback.

  • Facilitation of development of Personal Action Plan per participant.

2 Days

TERMINAL OBJECTIVES

By the end of the course the participants will be able to :

  • Establish employee’s need for instruction and direction.

  • Facilitate an employee to adjust to change using appropriate coaching technique.

  • Determine when and how to coach in relation to employee.

  • Establish how personalities affect one’s coaching style.

  • Identify the benefits of effective evaluating and coaching.
