  • Sharpening your listening skills.

  • Defining your values - credibility, character, compassion.

  • Discovering your leader models.

  • Designing short-term and long-term goals.

  • Working as a team.

  • Developmental leadership.

  • Developing a dream team.

  • Coping with falling momentum.

  • Handling conflict effectively.

  • Facilitation of development of Personal Action Plan per participant.


2 to 3 Days


By the end of the course the participants will be able to :

  • Develop a vision statement for the team.

  • Ensure greater interpersonal sensitivity.

  • Define and propagate team values.

  • Identify impact of change in the immediate environment and introduce change to team with appropriate strategies to cope and adapt.

  • Resolve interpersonal conflicts with ease.

  • Establish appropriate leadership style in relation to the team.

  • Build a winning team.
