  • The selection process.

  • Conducting an Ad review.

  • Establishing the JD & the person profile.

  • Scanning the resume’ / CV.

  • Essentials of an interview process – structured Vs unstructured.

  • Questioning techniques.

  • Creating an impact.

  • Measuring candidate suitability.

  • Facilitation of development of Personal Action Plan per participant.


2 Days.


By the end of the course the participants will be able to :

  • Conduct structured and unstructured interviews skillfully.

  • Establish job requirements.

  • Establish candidate suitability by preparing person specifications in relation to job role requirement.

  • Limit selection errors.
