  • Leadership style & impact on the members of the team and their functioning Sitn. Leadership.

  • Role of a leader in team Vision, Problem-solving, Team-building, Managing, Communicating, Power distribution, Liaison, Planner.

  • Establishing team member needs & the art of understanding motivation.

  • Developing an effective team with diverse roles.

  • Commitment to self & team thro culture & trust building.

  • Facilitation of development of Personal Action Plan per participant.Teaming for team work.

DURATION

2 to 3 Days

TERMINAL OBJECTIVES

By the end of the course the participants will be able to :

  • Lead teams at work.

  • Foster Teamwork and the team spirit amongst members.

  • Problem Solving thro group involvement.
