TRAC, also assists the customer in on-boarding new hires and introducing him to the work environment.

Induction and Placement on the job

TRAC assists the customer in designing and leading an induction workshop for the new hires and subsequently placing him on the job.

In addition to the above, TRAC will support the customer in assessing the new hires performance during the initial phase, if the customer so desires.
