Mala is committed to individual and organization development thro team and individual coaching and counseling using structure experiences and instrumented learning. Mala has been actively involved in facilitating teams transit thro the stages of B.Tuckman’s model to ensure superior performance and transformation modes. She is trained for group interventions and counseling. She is experienced for over a decade in administering and interpreting psychological instruments.
Mala has extensively used DiSC, PIAV, PTSI, TriMetrix Assessment System, Belbin Team Roles, in group process workshops, leading to individual understanding as well groups. Mala has co-facilitated large audiences – middle and senior level in understanding individual behavioral styles and impact of their behavior style in interpersonal relationships and teamwork, besides leadership development.
